Please review the following important information before and after submitting your application.

All required documents must be submitted in the specified format (e.g., PDF, notarized copy) before the application deadline. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

All submitted documents must be authentic. Any false or forged documents will result in immediate disqualification, even after admission or enrolment.

Once you have successfully submitted your online application and all required documents, your application will be reviewed, and you should receive a decision within 4–6 weeks. All candidates will be contacted exclusively via email regarding the outcome of their application.

Please check your spam/junk folder regularly, as all official communication will be sent via email. GUGC is not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect email addresses or spam filters.

If additional documents are requested during the review process, applicants must submit them by the specified deadline, or the application may be rejected.

Late applications will not be accepted under any circumstances. Applicants are strongly advised to submit well before the deadline.

Visa-related documents (e.g., certificate of admission) will be issued separately after final enrolment confirmation, not at the time of the admission offer.
