It is our pleasure to inform you that GUGC Information Session will be held on this November. The program provides students and parents with an opportunity to understand GUGC admissions and to meet with our newly nomminated Students Ambassadors.

Venue: Ghent University Global Campus, 119-5 Songdomunhwa-Ro, Yeonsu-Gu Incheon

Program:

- 14h: GUGC Information Session

- 15h: GUGC Students Ambassadors' talk show (will cover various topics related to school life)

- 16h: Personal admission counselling (on site registration, 20 min per session)

Notice:

- If you need to cancel your registration, please make a notice with 24 hours before event date

- For the participants aged more than 19, a certificate of vaccination or a proof of negative COVID-19 PCR test result will be requested at the entrance

- Not allowed to visit without a registration

- This event is tentative and is subject to change due to the outbreak of COVIC-19
